BEST WESTERN PLUS KEENE HOTEL, Keene – Your ideal downtown stay

My stay at Best Western Hotels in Keene was a mixed bag of experiences. The rooms, although above average, didn't match the ones we actually booked. They were equipped with useful amenities like a microwave, fridge, TV, simple coffee machine, iron, and ironing board. The service was outstanding, especially with the attentive breakfast preparation and the staff dealing with disruptive parties in the parking lot. The location was convenient for downtown visits, despite some visible wear and tear. The dining experience far exceeded our expectations, with an amazing selection available early in the morning. However, the overall impression was not typical of a Best Western hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and cozy rooms providing plenty of towels and even a small sofa bed with the two queens. The basic decor was well-maintained and very clean. The service was attentive, with staff working hard to keep the area clean, but there was a minor mixup with the room assignment that left me slightly disappointed. The location was convenient and perfect for my needs, with good-sized clean rooms that met my expectations. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a variety of options. Overall, a decent choice for a comfortable stay.
